Raffiné, Oslo's new Lebanese restaurant and wine bar, is seeking talented chefs, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants to join our team. We are looking for a passionate team that wants to elevate Lebanese gastronomy to new heights and provide our guests with a rich dining experience.

With an extensive selection of wines and an atmosphere that radiates warmth and quality, we offer our guests an authentic yet sophisticated dining experience that honours Lebanon's rich culinary heritage.
Your Role Service ChefTasks and responsibilities:

Be part of the kitchen team during service.

Ensure all dishes are prepared, plated, and presented according to Raffiné’s visual and culinary standards.

Take responsibility for timing, flow, and quality control during service.

Maintain consistency across dishes, portions, flavors, textures, and presentation.

Oversee final checks before dishes leave the kitchen.
-
Support the kitchen team during busy periods.
-
Prepare and execute Lebanese dishes with precision and attention to detail.

Contribute to menu development, seasonal changes, and refinement of dishes.

Work closely with the Head Chef/management to improve kitchen routines and service quality.

Ensure mise en place is ready before service begins.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment.

Make sure food safety, hygiene, and health regulations are followed at all times.

Help create a calm, focused, and high-standard working culture in the kitchen.
The Prep Chef supports the kitchen by preparing ingredients, components, and dishes before and during service, helping ensure a smooth and consistent kitchen operation.
Tasks and responsibilities:-
Prepare ingredients and components according to the menu and daily demand.

Support mise en place before service, including chopping, measuring, portioning, marinating, cooking, and organizing ingredients.

Prepare Lebanese dishes and components with care, accuracy, and respect for authentic flavors.

Assist with plating and presentation during service when needed.

Help maintain consistency in taste, texture, portioning, and presentation.

Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked throughout the day.

Support the Service Chef and kitchen team during preparation and service.
-
Follow recipes, preparation lists, and kitchen routines accurately.
-
Monitor ingredient quality and communicate shortages or issues.
-
Assist with receiving, storing, labeling, and organizing ingredients.
-
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
-
Learn and develop within a professional kitchen environment with room for growth.

Contribute to a positive, respectful, and efficient team culture.
-
Previous industry experience is a must.
-
A passion for presentation and willingness to learn authentic Lebanese cuisine principles.

A keen eye for detail, particularly in food preparation and plating.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Norwegian is a strong advantage.

Previous Lebanese cuisine experience is a plus.
