Senior Workshop Technician

Phoenix Rental AS is an oilfield tool rental company and service provider experiencing strong growth. To support our increasing activity, we are looking to strengthen our team with an experienced and motivated Senior Workshop Technician.

You will join a skilled, and dedicated team, where collaboration, quality, and safety are at the core of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be involved in, but not limited to, the following tasks:

• Maintenance, repair, and preparation of oilfield equipment

• Assembly and disassembly of tools and equipment

• Pressure testing and torquing operations

• Inspection and in-house certification of equipment

• Loading and unloading of equipment

• Coordination of deliveries and direct communication with customers

• Contributing to continuous improvement of workshop processes and procedures

• Mentoring and guiding junior personnel

Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has relevant experience from the oilfield service industry or similar technical environments

• Demonstrates strong technical understanding and hands-on skills

• Is structured, quality-focused, and safety-conscious

• Has the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Is proactive and takes ownership of tasks and responsibilities

• Has good communication skills in both English and Norwegian

• Holds a valid driver’s license
