Kaigata 1 Bar is looking for an experienced Mixed Waiter / Bartender — someone confident on the floor and behind the bar, with the calm authority that comes from real hospitality experience. This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for a strong all-rounder who can take responsibility during service, lead by example, and help shape the atmosphere in a brand-new restaurant and pub.

The Role You’ll work across both restaurant and bar service — much like a Head Waiter profile who can comfortably run the bar when needed. You’ll be a key presence during service and a natural point of support for younger team members. This role is best suited for someone looking to settle into a long-term position. A minimum commitment of 6 months is expected — candidates seeking shorter-term or seasonal roles should consider other opportunities.

Who We’re Looking For You are: An experienced waiter/bartender from the hospitality industry Comfortable handling responsibility during busy services Someone who enjoys mentoring and supporting junior staff Service-minded, calm under pressure, and proud of your craft Fluent or very comfortable in a Scandinavian language (almost required)
