• You have a category B driver's license for atleast 2 years and a taxi permit (kjøreseddel ) -- don't have kjøreseddel yet? We'll help you get it within one month!

• You speak good Norwegian or English.

• You are reliable, disciplined, friendly, and service-minded.

Drive passengers safely and professionally using transport apps (Uber/Bolt).
Keep the car clean and presentable.
