We are looking for a Senior UX / Product Designer!

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who can turn complex ideas into intuitive experiences. You’ll work on modernizing a large-scale product ecosystem that spans multiple domains and integrates cutting-edge technologies like cloud and AI. This role is hands-on: you’ll design workflows, create prototypes, and validate usability, while also contributing to strategic conversations.

What You’ll Do:

• Design user experiences for complex workflows across on-premise and cloud platforms
• Translate business and stakeholder needs into clear, actionable design solutions
• Build prototypes, user flows, and run usability tests to ensure quality
• Document decisions and maintain design consistency across projects
• Support UX strategy through research and practical recommendations
• Facilitate workshops and help align teams around user needs

• 8–12 years of experience in UX or product design, ideally in enterprise environments
• Strong skills in workflow design, prototyping, and usability testing
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
• A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset and a collaborative approach

• Faster delivery of high-quality designs with consistent UX patterns
• Clear documentation that supports future scalability
• Meaningful contributions to UX strategy without full leadership responsibility
