As a Pricing and Product Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting and maintaining the company’s commercial framework across pricing, campaigns and product data.
This is a highly structured and operational role, ensuring that all product and pricing information is accurate, consistent, and up to date across internal systems.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and IT, acting as a key link between strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update product pricing across internal systems (CRM, PIM)
- Manage product data, including descriptions, specifications, and configurations
- Implement and monitor planned price adjustments and campaigns
- Ensure consistency of product and pricing data across all systems and platforms
- Support the setup and execution of monthly and ad hoc campaigns
- Analyze and compare pricing across markets to ensure competitiveness and alignment
- Manage SKU lifecycle, including creation, updates, and deactivation
- Provide reporting and data support to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely product and campaign information
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Document processes and maintain clear guidelines for product and pricing updates
- Identify inefficiencies and contribute to continuous process improvements
- Support annual commercial activities within the Sales department
- You have experience in a commercial role related to pricing, product coordination, promotions, or analysis
- You are highly structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to create clarity in complex situations
- You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working in a data-driven environment
- You communicate clearly and effectively across teams and functions
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment with short decision-making processes
- You take ownership, show initiative, and get things done
- You are solution-oriented and continuously look for improvements
- You are a team player, comfortable working across departments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 2--4 years of experience working with pricing and PIM systems or similar tools, or background in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or other fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working with technical systems and learning new tools
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Scandinavian language skills are a plus, but not required
- Interest in health and wellness is an advantage
