We are looking for a CAD Engineer to join our team in Sandnes

We ar looking for a CAD Engineer to join our team in Sandnes. In this role you will be a part of the NOE Engineering Team and will provide innovative downhole solutions to our customers. You will work closely with the Quality improvement team, the Operation & Sales team and operational functions both internal and external.

In this role your key responsibilities will be:

• Provide 2D/ 3D models, drawings, calculations and applicable FEA/CFD in compliance with Engineering guidelines
• Present and release technical documentation packages according to Quality Control Plans
• Responsible for project timelines, budgets and customer specific Quality Plans
• Process Synergi actions, Engineering Change Orders and supplier deviations in an efficient and timely manner
• Assist and advise Project group in technical investigations
• Prepare Technical Proposals based on customer inputs
• Provide technical support toward Sales and Operations teams
• Be a part of the Technical Design Review team
• Contribute to development of Company portfolio of Intellectual Property
• Design and engineer sustainable, reliable and effective solutions to our customers
• Maintain engineering procedures and documentation, ensuring proper storage, naming conventions, and version control within the file management system

We are looking for a creative candidate who have experience within product development and have completed an Engineering degree (Bachelor/Master) within relevant discipline, preferred mechanical engineering.

In this role it is important to have a high level of technical knowledge and be able to use technical skills and experience to explain the benefits of our products or services to potential customers. You will need to be fuent in english and have excelllent communication skills with the confidence to build strong relationships and influence at all levels.
