Dishwasher / Kitchen Assistant

Krambua is looking for a dishwasher / kitchen assistant for a busy and friendly working environment in the center of Trondheim. Dishwashing is an important part of our daily operations, and we are looking for someone who is efficient, cooperative, and enjoys keeping things organized around them.

With us, you will become part of an inclusive team where everyone works together to create great experiences for our guests. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys physical work and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Arbeidsoppgaver

Responsibilities -- Chef

• Prepare lunch, à la carte, and banquet dishes

• Contribute to efficient kitchen operations and good teamwork

• Ensure high quality and presentation of all dishes served

• Follow routines for hygiene, cleaning, and food safety

• Restocking and basic inventory control

• Help maintain order and structure in the kitchen

• Work closely with front-of-house staff to create great guest experiences

• Participate in busy service periods with a fast-paced workflow

  
  

Responsibilities -- Dishwasher / Kitchen Assistant

• Washing dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment

• Keeping the dishwashing area and kitchen clean and organized

• Contributing to good workflow between kitchen and service staff

• Handling waste and recycling

• Basic cleaning and maintenance of work areas

• Assisting with simple kitchen tasks when needed

• Following hygiene and cleaning routines

• Contributing positively to teamwork and the working environment during busy periods
