We are looking for an experienced and results-driven leader to take on the role of Head of Project Execution, a key position within our management team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our entire project portfolio (excluding Communications-Based Train Control-CBTC and European Rail Traffic Management System- ERTMS), ensuring excellence in execution and customer satisfaction.
As a central figure in our organization, you will lead the development of a high-performing project execution team, implement best practices aligned with the Siemens PM@Siemens framework, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your ability to build trust, manage complexity, and drive results will be critical in delivering high-value infrastructure solutions and strengthening our client relationships.

As the Head of Project Execution, the key responsibilities include:-
Leading the successful execution of the company’s full project portfolio (excluding CBTC and ERTMS), ensuring alignment with strategic and operational goals.

Implementing and adapting the Siemens project execution framework (PM@Siemens), and ensuring strict adherence throughout the organization.

Enhancing project execution capabilities by developing the project organization and embedding best practices, with a focus on creating a learning and continuously improving environment.

Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients during project delivery phases, ensuring open communication and proactive issue resolution.

Managing resources efficiently across projects to optimize performance, cost, and quality.

Contributing as an active member of the company’s senior management team.
We are seeking a seasoned leader with a strong and solid background in project execution within complex organizations. The ideal candidate will possess:

A higher education degree, preferably within engineering, project management, or a related field.
-
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior leadership roles within large-scale and complex project-driven environments.
-
Proven experience in managing and owning a portfolio of diverse projects.
-
Background from international organizations with complex delivery models.

Preferably, international experience managing large-scale infrastructure or technology projects.

Project management certification (e.g., from Siemens or other recognized institutions) is considered an advantage.

Professional fluency in English. Proficiency in Norwegian and German is an asset.
