We're Looking For • A chef with proven experience in Sri Lankan cuisine (in Sri Lanka or abroad). • Strong knowledge of spices, techniques, and regional specialties. • Passion, creativity, and reliability. • Experience in a busy restaurant environment. • Good communication and teamwork skills.Arbeidsoppgaver
You will be responsible for: • Creating and preparing authentic Sri Lankan dishes with high quality and consistency. • Developing the menu and introducing creative new dishes. • Managing kitchen operations, inventory, and hygiene standards. • Working closely with the management team to deliver an excellent dining experience.Vi tilbyr
