Morrow is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our small, committed People & Culture team in a 12 month temporary position. You will play a key role in supporting leaders, ensuring compliance, and fostering strong collaboration with employee representatives.

This position is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of the Norwegian Working Environment Act and experience navigating union dialogue in a dynamic industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise, coach and support managers in their leadership role regarding HR policies, employment law, and best practices in line with Norwegian legislation.
- Personnel follow-up and assistance in employee processes
- Act as a liaison between management and union representatives, contributing to constructive dialogue and effective collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with the Working Environment Act and internal policies across all HR processes.
- Support and run recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee data in SAP SuccessFactors and support payroll coordination.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant employee journey.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and handbooks.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Support HR-related meetings by capturing key decisions and ensuring follow-up
- Minimum bachelor's level from a college or university within relevant fields (HR, management, organizational psychology, etc.). Relevant experience with up-to-date HR professional expertise can compensate for a lack of education.
- Strong knowledge of Norwegian labor law and experience working with unions.
- A proactive, structured approach with excellent communication and advisory skills.
- Experience supporting managers in a fast-paced, industrial or technical environment.
- You’re comfortable working across a variety of tasks and always ready to lend a hand where it counts.
- Familiarity with HR systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) and data handling.
- Good written and presentation skills in English.
