About the role

Fossefall is building a Nordic platform for sovereign AI infrastructure powered by renewable energy. The company develops and structures large-scale AI infrastructure projects across the Nordics and works closely with international investors, technology partners and local stakeholders.

As the company grows, we are strengthening our organization with a People & Talent Specialist who will lead recruitment, onboarding and core HR processes.

This is a hands-on role where you will drive recruitment processes and help build the internal HR structure of a fast-growing infrastructure company. You will work closely with the CEO, CFO and hiring managers across the organization.

Responsibilities

The People & Talent Specialist will be responsible for core HR processes across the organization, including:

Recruitment
  • Lead recruitment processes across the organization from role definition to hiring

  • Work with hiring managers to define role requirements, position descriptions, and job postings

  • Manage candidate pipelines, interviews and communication with applicants

  • Prepare offers and oversee onboarding of new employees

HR operations
  • Coordinate employment contracts and HR compliance together with management and external advisors

  • Maintain HR systems and employee documentation

  • Develop and maintain internal HR policies and procedures

Employee support
  • Support managers and employees with practical HR-related questions

  • Contribute to structured onboarding processes

  • Help maintain a professional and well-functioning working environment

  • Contribute to improving HR processes as the organization grows

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is structured, reliable and comfortable taking responsibility for HR processes.

Relevant qualifications may include:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, organizational psychology, business administration or similar

  • 2--5 years experience from HR, recruitment or people operations

  • Experience with recruitment processes and HR administration

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Structured working style and attention to detail

Experience from consulting, professional services, infrastructure or technology environments is an advantage.

  • Able to work independently in a growing organization
