3 Vacant cook positions

We are looking for 3 chefs. One chef from April 6th to the middle of October. 2 chefs from May 1 to September 30. Lindstrom Hotel has 2 restaurants. One with 220 seats and here we serve set menues for groups . The smaller has 30 seats and make 3-4 courses set menues for FIT marked.

Laerdal is an agricultural village . In season we use vegetables and fruit from local farmers.

You must be able to work independently, as well as in a team . Together with rest of the team make good cooperation between kitchen and service. Experience from both hot and cold kitchen is required. Creativity and interest of working with food. HACCP responsability Good references are requiered.

Work time is a mix of split shifts or only afternoon/evening shift
