About the role

We are seeking a Process and Governance Specialist with expertise in process management, governance frameworks, and technologies such as AI. The role focuses on developing, improving, and advising on process and governance structures to create strategic and operational value. You will identify and implement AI-enabled solutions to enhance information management, productivity, and decision-making within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support process management and governance initiatives.
• Develop, optimize, and advise on strategic and operational control frameworks.
• Understand and apply governance structures and management principles effectively.
• Model business processes and data models, ideally using tools like QualiWare or other object-based systems.
• Demonstrate strong technology awareness, including AI concepts, LLMs, agent-based systems, and data insights.
• Identify, develop, and implement AI use cases to enhance quality, governance, and operational efficiency.
• Design or contribute to the development of AI agents, such as Microsoft Copilot solutions, to improve workflow, information flow, and productivity.
• Apply expertise in data governance, understanding how AI impacts information management and control.
• Provide strategic and practical advice on process and AI-enabled governance initiatives.
• Challenge existing practices and ways of working to foster continuous improvement.
• Maintain a holistic understanding of business operations, ensuring governance aligns with strategic and operational needs.
• Support change management and transformational initiatives to embed new ways of working.

Qualifications and experience

• Experience in process management and governance.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business contexts (LLMs, AI agents, workflow automation).
• Experience with process modeling and data modeling tools (e.g., QualiWare).
• Solid understanding of data governance principles.
• Experience in advising on strategic and operational process improvements.
• Experience driving change management and organizational transformation.
• Forward-thinking, adaptable, and proactive in implementing new methods and workflows.
• Fluency in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken.
