Dishwasher Wanted!

HÉCTOR IS LOOKING FOR A DISHWASHER
(aka the backbone of the fiesta)

Héctor was built on a love for Mexican--Californian food, long beach nights, and that feeling when the music hits, the tacos slap, and nobody wants to go home.

From Cancun sunsets to late nights in Acapulco. We wanted to bring that same energy to Trondheim.

Because honestly...
where did the fun go?

We wanted color. We wanted flavor. We wanted noise, laughter, packed tables, late nights, and that la vida es una fiesta energy.

So we built it.

Now we're looking for a Dishwasher to join the crew.
Part-time / extra shifts.

This role is for someone who wants to be part of the action and keep the whole operation running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you'll do

• Keep service flowing by handling dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment

• Receive deliveries and organize them properly

• Clean and restock kitchen areas

• Jump in and help the kitchen team with prep when needed

  
  

Who you are

• Based in Trondheim and ready to start ASAP

• Available to work late nights (up to 2/3 AM), weekdays and weekends

• Fast, organized, and able to handle high-pressure service

• A strong team player with good communication

• Proactive - you don't wait to be told what to do

• Positive attitude, even when things get busy

• Take pride in keeping things clean and dialed in

• Speak English or Norwegian

Bonus: You've worked in a kitchen before and know the pace.
