We are now looking for a passionate and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our daytime operations in Restaurant Liv. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys leading from the floor, and is motivated by building strong teams and exceptional guest experiences.

Your Role

As Restaurant Manager for Day Operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences during breakfast, lunch, conferences, and daytime events.

You will lead a dedicated team, ensure smooth daily operations, and create an environment where both guests and employees thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire the front-of-house team during daily operations

• Create memorable guest experiences that drive satisfaction and loyalty

• Recruit, onboard, and develop top hospitality talent

• Plan staffing and schedules to balance guest experience and business needs

• Ensure operational excellence and adherence to service standards

• Collaborate closely with other departments to deliver seamless guest journeys

• Follow up on budgets, forecasts, staffing costs, and key performance indicators

• Drive a positive and engaging workplace culture

Who We're Looking For

You are a natural leader who enjoys being present where the action is happening.

You're equally comfortable supporting your team during busy service periods as you are working with planning, staffing, and operational improvements behind the scenes.

We believe you have:

• At least 3 years of leadership experience within hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or events

• A strong passion for service and guest experiences

• The ability to motivate, engage, and develop others

• A structured and solution-oriented mindset

• Confidence in making decisions and taking ownership

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluent English skills

• A Scandinavian language is a strong advantage

• Experience working with PMI is considered a major advantage
