Are you available for a temporary assignment and want to work with HR and payroll processes in one of the world’s largest banks?

As People Operations Specialist at Santander, you will manage HR and payroll administration tasks, and you will work closely with HR colleagues in the Nordic to ensure that our local HR processes are aligned across our countries.

The position is fixed term in the period from July to end August 2025, with the possibility of extension.

Key accountabilities

• HR service support to HR community, business leaders and employees.
• Follow-up and respond on HR and payroll related inquiries in our HR channels.
• Manage HR administration (creation of employment contracts, addendums etc. and ensuring that all documentation issued complies with local legislation).
• Contribute on securing high data quality in our HR Master data tool and perform “Hire”, “Transfer”, “Extension” and/or “Termination” in Workday.

Profile

• Knowledge of Norwegian labour law, HR principles, practices and procedures.
• Experience from other Scandinavian countries are beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and one of the Scandinavian languages.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Proven experience with Workday as master data tool is a requirement.
