Aeron is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major technical delivery projects within Oil & Gas and Offshore Wind. With us, you will have the opportunity to influence the development of innovative and sustainable solutions for national and international clients.

Your role as Senior Project Manager

As a senior project manager, you will have full responsibility for executing complex projects from early planning to final installation. You will act as a strategic partner for both clients and internal teams and contribute to developing Aeron’s project methodology and delivery model. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, managing subcontractors, and closely monitoring contracts, budgets, and quality.

Location: Stavanger (preferred) or Bergen.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute large HVAC-R projects in accordance with contract, budget, quality, and HSE requirements
Develop project strategies and ensure optimal resource utilization
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors in complex deliveries
Identify and manage risks, changes, and deviations at an early stage
Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and relationship building
Prepare and follow up on detailed progress plans and reporting to management
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and project management within the organization

We Are Looking for Someone Who Has :

Relevant education in engineering, project management, or equivalent
Minimum 8 years of experience managing technical delivery projects, preferably HVAC-R, within Oil & Gas or Offshore Wind
Strong contractual understanding and commercial awareness
Proven experience in leading large project teams and complex deliveries
Solid knowledge of offshore standards, regulations, and best practices
Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English
Ability to work independently, structured, and solution-oriented
Willingness to travel to project locations if required
