Head of People and Org Operations

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, forward‑thinking leader to drive the establishment and to lead our People & Org /HR Operations function.

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and building the function and ensuring delivery of high‑quality, efficient, and user‑focused People & Org /HR services across the organization. You will play a key role in the professionalization and digitalization of this part of our HR function, and you will have significant influence on how we build robust processes and services, optimizing the balance of central and local execution, strengthening the employee experience and drive consistency in our people agenda.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and build the function and lead the People & Org /HR Operations function, including responsibility for team performance and day‑to‑day prioritization
• Ensure efficient, standardized, and user‑friendly People & Org /HR processes together with People & Org /HR colleagues both in the Group functions and at the business unit levels
• Drive continuous improvement through digitalization, automation, and quality enhancement of People & Org /HR services
• Participate in developing People & Org /HR systems and master data, in close collaboration with IT and other functions
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and internal policies
• Act as a strategic sparring partner to the rest of the People & Org /HR leadership teams in developing the company’s People strategy
• Contribute to a seamless employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle

• Experience of building and operating in People & Org /HR Operations, administration, or similar service environments - you have basically done this before
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to build and operate high‑performing teams and functions
• Good understanding of core People & Org /HR processes, systems and digitalization
• Good knowledge of labor law and best‑practice People & Org /HR processes
• Analytical skills and a process‑ and improvement‑oriented mindset
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a service‑oriented approach
