🔍 About the role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive HUC (Hook-Up & Commissioning) Project Planner to join our team for a long-term offshore development project. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining the integrated offshore plan, ensuring alignment across delivery lines and supporting the efficient execution of all HUC and commissioning activities.

🧩 Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the offshore integrated plan for the HUC phase, covering drilling and wells, modifications, TAR, SURF, installation, and commissioning.
• Coordinate detailed schedules across multiple delivery lines/alliances.
• Lead planning meetings to track progress, identify interfaces, and resolve SIMOPS challenges.
• Maintain and communicate updates on POB (personnel on board) needs and offshore activity planning.
• Act as the central contact for all HUC planning activities between delivery teams and the main project schedule.
• Provide planning support to the completion team for timely close-out of scope.
• Ensure compliance with planning standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Support implementation of company-wide project planning processes and tools.
• Contribute to risk modelling and scenario planning using standard risk tools.

✅ Qualifications

• Engineering degree is preferred, but it can be compensated with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior/lead planning role (or 10 years without an engineering degree).
• Strong knowledge of offshore project execution methodology and decision gate processes.
• Advanced user of planning tools such as Primavera P6, Safran, or similar.
• Experience with risk analysis tools (e.g. Primavera Risk Analysis, Safran Risk, Deltek Acumen).
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.
• Experience with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices is a plus.
