Arbeidsoppgaver

The Commissioning System Lead -- Electro is responsible for providing direction, guidance and supervision during Completion and Commissioning activities related to the delivery and integration of the Hugin A platform and is considered the overall responsible for all Electrical Systems.
This position is fully mobile with base location onshore at Stord then offshore.

Position Purpose:

• Lead role for ensuring completions and commissioning requirements of all Company's projects is carried out safely, efficiently by FFA (Fixed Facility Alliance) and ensure they meet all Company's project and operational requirements, including verification and assurance.
• Responsible for implementing the commissioning certification and handover process according to Project Completion Strategy.
• Accountable for ensuring the safe and efficient handover of plant and equipment to the Asset Operations team upon completion of commissioning activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the Commissioning Electro Team and ensure that a high level of focus is maintained on health, safety, and the environment to achieve Company's expectations.
• Provision of commissioning support to project as required including ensure sufficient manning according to project needs.
• When required act as the site Commissioning Authority during the commissioning phases.

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

Education:

• BSc. in Engineering or a related field or equivalent education / experience.
• Experience from Valhall's operations is of great benefit.

Essential experience and job requirements:

• Track record of engineering competency and delivery in the Oil & Gas industry and able to demonstrate effective project management skills.
• Ability to engage and lead a team of professionals.
• Familiarity with planning tools, works management systems and document management systems.
• Ability to engage and lead a team of commissioning engineers & technicians.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
