Fjærland Fjordstove Hotell is looking for candidates for the position of chef.

We are a boutique hotel located in a picturesque fjord at the foot of the largest glacier in Europe.

We belong to the group of historical hotels.

We are looking for candidates for the position of a cook for the summer season of 2023 with the possibility of working all year round.

We will also consider a kitchen assistant.

We are a small team working together for years, we are looking for people who will join us and will share with us our passion for hotel and gastronomy. We work with local suppliers, farmers and fishermen and the entire local community to provide our guests with the highest quality product.

From candidates for the position of a cook, we require:

-8 years of experience in working in the kitchen

• knowledge of the assumptions of Nouvelle cuisine
• knowledge of the assumptions of the New Nordic Food Manifesto
• knowledge of Slowfood assumptions
• ability to work in a team
• ability to work independently
• a portfolio of photos of your work will be an advantage
