- Responsible for the overall project planning, for all the projects in the portfolio.
- Responsible for planning, reporting and logistical support. To ensure that all necessary activities are communicated between project, workshop and warehouse in accordance with the project schedule to ensure on time delivery. Act as point of contact for sequencing.
- Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to relevant stakeholders in accordance with BPMS (Business Process Management System).
- Responsible for creating, maintaining and release of Network, Service Orders, Sales Orders, Stock
- Transfer Order and Delivery Note.
- Responsible for communicating planned service orders to the workshop and changes in basic start / basic finish according to customer requirements.
- Ensure that actions are taken when Workshop Coordinator reports deviations.
- Responsible for the flow of spare parts, from order to consumption.
- Perform availability check, status and location for equipment and spare parts.
- Responsible for the flow of project relevant equipment and tooling, from start to stop.
- Request customer provided items (CPI) and Rental equipment (ETM) in accordance with customer contract and workorders.
- Ensure that CPI and Rental (ETM) bookings are stopped.
- Maintain the MEL (Master Equipment List) or agreed customer system with relevant serial numbers, allocate new equipment if changes or deviations.
- Execute, plan and initiate transport documentation required for shipment of equipment, spares and consumables internally and externally based on client standard shipping agreements and according to customer contracts.
- Ensure SAP inventory accuracy, and responsible for 3rd party equipment and clear inventory of offshore storage location after operation.
- Execute backload of equipment from offshore to customer site/client site.
- Perform project close out PCO related activities.
- Ensure self-awareness of relevant equipment and tools. Seek out and ensure knowledge for relevant equipment and tools in your project.
- Contribute to improvement initiatives, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
- Send notification of invitation (NOI) to customer when a new delivery is completed and ready for handover. Perform site receival check (SRC) / formal handover together with costumer.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Customer service focused with commitment and sense of urgency to ensure customer success
- English
