Arbeidsoppgaver

We are searching for a skilled and creative Chef for our culinary team at EPIC Tromsø. You will be responsible for making delectable American comfort food dishes that will elevate our guests' experience.

Responsibilities:

Be able to cook all dishes on our menu to the standard of Arctic Nightlife, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Take part in training and maintaining a positive work environment.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Cooperate with the service staff to optimize the flow of the restaurant.
Be fast and consistent with all plates leaving the kitchen.
