À la Carte Chef – Agenturet Restaurant, Tromsø

We are looking for a skilled and passionate à la carte chef to join our team at the newly renewed Agenturet Restaurant in Tromsø.

About us:
Agenturet restaurant is located in Mackbar. Mackbar currently operates four unique venues:

• Nyt – a cozy bistro and bar
• Prelaten – an event venue and nightclub on weekends
• Agenturet Bar
• La Famiglia, which is now being transformed into our new concept, Agenturet Restaurant

Agenturet Restaurant will feature a menu inspired by cuisines from around the world, with a strong focus on high-quality local ingredients. We are currently renovating all venues to create an exciting and vibrant dining experience for our guests.

The role:
We need an experienced à la carte chef who can deliver consistent, high-quality dishes in a busy environment. You should be creative, professional, and able to bring both skill and passion to the kitchen.

• Have solid experience with à la carte cooking
• Can handle a fast-paced kitchen with high standards
• Are passionate about local ingredients and quality
• Are reliable, flexible, and a team player
• Has good communication skills in English. Speaking Norwegian is a plus.
• Has a valid residence permit in Norway, or EU/EEA citizenship.
