Great Customer Service is one of the best marketing tools a company can have!Therefore, we are now seeking a new colleague for a part-time (50%) Customer Service Representative position. You will play a key role in continuously improving and exceeding customer expectations by efficiently handling inquiries across various channels for Helsport & Ulvang. You will ensure a high level of service and expertise for both B2B and B2C markets, creating a seamless customer experience that strengthens our brands through a deep understanding of our products, customers, and systems.
Your Responsibilities:-
Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries

Exceeding customer expectations by efficiently handling inquiries across various channels

Provide expert advice on all our products
-
Ensure high customer satisfaction
-
Process orders, requests, and discrepancies
-
Issue credit notes in accordance with company policies
-
Pack and dispatch parcels
-
Work closely with other departments to improve efficiency in handling B2B and B2C customers and to increase the adoption of our digital tools

Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
-
Very good native and English language skills, both verbally and written
-
Strong knowledge of digital productivity tools (MS Office/GSuite)

Strong knowledge of Order Management Systems

Digital mindset, good IT competence and experience with customer support
-
Knowledge and interest in the outdoor industry and outdoor equipment, along with a willingness to learn more, is a valuable advantage for this role

German language skills is a plus
