Daytime Restaurant Manager – Fýri Resort, Hemsedal

Now we’re looking for a Daytime Restaurant Manager (DM) who wants to bring energy, leadership, and passion to our daytime operations in restaurant Liv.

• Lead, motivate, and coach a dynamic team during breakfast, lunch, and conference service

• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that boosts guest satisfaction and NPS

• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members who love hospitality as much as you do

• Ensure smooth daily operations, smart scheduling, and strong communication across departments

• Keep service standards, SOPs, and our signature Fýri atmosphere at a consistently high level

• Work proactively with forecasts, staffing, and KPIs to secure strong financial performance

• A natural leader with at least 3 years of experience in a hospitality management role

• Someone who thrives on the floor — present, supportive, and hands‑on

• Passionate about service, teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences

• Structured, solution‑oriented, and confident in making decisions

• A culture‑builder who brings positivity, professionalism, and drive

• Strong English skills are required; as several of our systems and reports are in Scandinavian languages, proficiency in a Scandinavian language is a strong advantage
