As Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues with EV chargers across our network. This includes hands-on troubleshooting, coordinating with hardware manufacturers and service partners, escalating issues when needed, and contributing to system and process improvements. Candidates with an electrical background or education will be especially well-suited for this role, given the nature of the hardware and system interactions.

Key responsibilities- Use internal systems to monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues related to EV chargers.
- Create and track tickets, ensure timely resolution through structured escalation when required.
- Communicate and collaborate with hardware manufacturers and service partners to resolve more complex technical issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues appropriately and ensure continuous follow-up until final resolution is achieved.
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews with key personnel from manufacturers and or service partners.
- Participate in occasional on-site testing and support to validate new solutions or changes on chargers.
- Identify recurring problems and contribute to process improvements, documentation, and technical support tools.
- Analyze fault patterns, system performance, and maintenance trends to improve uptime and customer experience.
- Maintain documentation and share learnings with the technical team to build expertise.
- Formal education or hands-on experience in electrical systems (e.g., electrician background, technical college, or relevant certifications) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of hardware/software troubleshooting, ideally in EV charging, electrical systems, or related fields.
- Ability to analyze issues methodically and identify root causes with a solution-oriented approach.
- Clear and effective communication with internal teams, external partners, and manufacturers, both in writing and verbally.
- Takes responsibility for issue resolution from start to finish and works collaboratively across functions.
- Structured approach to ticket handling, documentation, and follow-ups, ensuring accountability and transparency.
- Always focused on improving charger uptime, reliability, and the end-user experience.
- A good communicator, both orally and in writing, in both Norwegian and English, with the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams and collaborate across the organization.

**Place of work:**at our HQ in Moss. Some traveling will be required, primarily within the Nordic region. This role reports to the Head of Technical Support .
