Join Dokka Fasteners as a Business Controller

About the role

We are looking for a self-driven and team-oriented Business Controller who wants to contribute to both operational and strategic decision-making across our entities in Norway, Denmark, and Lithuania.

This is a broad and business-oriented role where you will apply and further develop your skills in financial and business controlling, analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with managers and key stakeholders throughout the organization, supporting decision-making and driving performance improvements.

You will report to the CFO and join a finance team of six employees in an international and highly automated industrial environment, with significant responsibility and the opportunity to make a real impact.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts

• Analyze costs, profitability, investments, and overall business performance

• Develop KPIs and management reporting to support decision-making

• Improve financial processes, data quality, and reporting tools

• Work with data across finance, production, and logistics

• Develop financial models and analytical tools

• Support audits and group reporting processes

Qualifications

• Higher education within finance, economics, or a related field

• Relevant experience within controlling, audit, or financial analysis

• Solid system understanding and interest in data

• Experience from an industrial, manufacturing, or international environment is beneficial

• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving

• Ability to work independently and proactively, while collaborating effectively with stakeholders

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Good Norwegian skills, both written and spoken
