We are currently expanding our operations and looking for a CAMO and Production Planner for Part 145/Part CAMO to join our dedicated team in Denmark.

You will work closely with Part-145, CAMO, and operations, supporting daily coordination, documentation, and maintenance planning activities. Your focus will be to ensure that technical information is accurate, properly maintained, and readily accessible to support safe and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities
Your main Part-145 and CAMO tasks:
- Act as the interface between Part-145, CAMO, ground operations, and flight operations
- Coordinate with the in-house maintenance team to ensure all maintenance activities are planned and performed in accordance with Part-145 requirements
- Ensure hangars, workshops, tools, and equipment are maintained and controlled in compliance with regulatory and company requirements
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with approved procedures and applicable standards
- Support Continuing Airworthiness Management by ensuring aircraft comply with all applicable continuing airworthiness requirements
- Ensure that all modifications and repairs are properly assessed, approved, embodied, and documented in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Keep the Maintenance Manager and CAMO informed of all relevant maintenance and airworthiness matters
- Liaise with aircraft manufacturers and approved organizations regarding technical issues and continuing airworthiness matters
- Ensure aircraft technical records and documentation meet all compliance and regulatory standards
- Monitor and track ADs, SBs, and other continuing airworthiness requirements
- Support maintenance planning and forecasting activities
- Tools and calibration oversight
- Contribute to reliability monitoring and defect trend analysis
- Assist in the preparation and support of internal and external audits
- Comply with and actively support the company’s safety policy, SMS, and safety objectives
- Reports to the Maintenance Manager / CAMO Manager
Example Daily Activities:
- Monitor aircraft status and coordinate maintenance planning with Part-145 and CAMO
- Prepare and update maintenance documentation
- Track progress of maintenance activities and ensure timely completion
- Review and update aircraft technical records for compliance
- Monitor airworthiness requirements (ADs, SBs, maintenance due tasks)
- Liaise with maintenance providers, vendors, and OEMs on technical matters
- Update maintenance tracking systems with current aircraft status
- Support defect management and troubleshooting coordination
- Assist with audit preparation and ensure documentation is up to date
Qualifications & Experience
Essential requirements:- Minimum 3 years of experience in an aviation environment, including at least 1 year in a technical or aviation administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general IT systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to follow procedures and work in a compliance-driven environment
- Good written and spoken English (Danish is an advantage)
- Right to work in Denmark
- Ability to obtain an airport pass
- Valid driver’s license.
- Degree or diploma in Aeronautical Engineering or a related technical field
- Knowledge of EASA Part-145 and Part-CAMO regulations
- Experience with maintenance planning and coordination
- Familiarity with ADs, SBs, and continuing airworthiness processes
- Experience working with maintenance tracking systems (e.g. GANNET)
- Strong motivation and willingness to learn.
