A crucial part of this ecosystem is our Resusci Quality Improvement (RQI) portfolio , a mission-driven joint venture between the American Heart Association and Laerdal Medical .
RQI is transforming how resuscitation training is delivered, helping healthcare organizations improve competence, confidence, and readiness so that more people receive high-quality lifesaving care when it matters most.
The role of Product Operations Manager - RQI , based in Stavanger, Norway, is a crucial role focused on helping our RQI Product Area operate with more clarity, better insight, stronger alignment, and higher execution quality.
This role is part of Laerdal Medical’s Product Operations & Enablement team reporting to the Vice-President of Ops - and fully dedicated to the RQI product area.
You will work closely with RQI product leaders, product managers, engineering and design leaders, commercial stakeholders, and other functions across the joint venture and Laerdal Medical to strengthen how we make product decisions, run our operating cadence, manage priorities, use data, and scale our product organization.
This is a strategic Product Ops role for a complex, high-impact product ecosystem serving a large and mission-critical market.
You will be part of operationalizing one of the biggest business model disruptions in our industry and of our time, leading Product Ops for an ecosystem that serves millions of users.
Key responsibilities include:
As Product Operations Manager for RQI, you will help the RQI product organization operate with more clarity, insight, and execution discipline.
You will:

Lead and continuously improve Product Operations for the RQI product area, under the guidance of the VP Product Ops and VP of Product RQI/Alliance

Help operationalize RQI’s product strategy into clearer priorities via Objectives and KPIs, operating rhythms, and artifacts
-
Improve visibility and transparency across product initiatives, priorities, risks, dependencies, and progress
-
Support better product decision-making through relevant product, customer, financial, and operational data
-
Design and improve key operating cadences to foster alignment amongst teams, leaders, and stakeholders
-
Help product teams and leaders define, track, and act on the right metrics and KPIs
-
Work closely with the VP of Product Ops to create practical tools, templates, dashboards, and processes that make product work easier and more scalable in the context of RQI

Identify operational challenges and design solutions to address them

Help build and lead a modern, world-class Product Operations capability tailored to RQI’s context and needs
-
Strong systems and first‑principles thinker, with a passion for Ops, change and transformation, and continuous improvement

Understanding of how successful SaaS tech companies work and operate
-
Experience working in complex technology environments with multi-team and stakeholder dependencies

Experience working in a Product Operating Model context

Proven strong execution and problem-solving skills

Highly curious and on top of latest and greatest trends on Product Ops and how to leverage AI in an Ops context

Trusted communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Product Ops experience is a bonus -
