We are looking for graduates to join Vår Energi within the Project Control area in Project Development.
As part of our graduate programme, you will work on real business challenges from day one, while developing your technical and professional skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

With equity stakes in around 50% of all producing assets on the NCS, we are the third largest oil and gas producer and one of the largest exporters of gas to Europe from Norway.
We are 1,400 skilled and engaged employees, located offshore and at our offices in Hammerfest, Florø, Oslo and Forus outside Stavanger.
What you will be working withAs a graduate within the Project Control area you will contribute to a variety of tasks and projects, such as:
- Support Project Control Deliverables to the projects and portfolio, including planning, cost and estimating
- Particular responsibility for supporting the estimating process for projects
- Contribute to implementing new technologies and ways of working included, but not limited to, AI
- Understanding of, and interest, in using and develop databases for experience data internal and external
- Cross-functional collaboration
You will be given responsibility early on, with support and mentoring from experienced colleagues.
The graduate programmeAs a graduate in Vår Energi, you will:

We are looking for candidates who:
- Are recently graduated or will graduate in 2027 with a Master's degree within relevant studies
- Have 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
