Arbeidsoppgaver

Are you passionate about hands-on operations, team coordination and making sure every shift runs smoothly?

We are looking for energetic Destination Coordinators whose main responsibility is to support the daily running of our ticket and service operations on location.

• Monitor and guide operational staff during the shift

• Ensure all shift routines, standards, and quality requirements are followed in the field

• Report to and coordinate all decisions with the Operations Manager -- no independent administrative or recruitment responsibilities

• Shift planning, shift lists, and cash settlement are carried out together with -- and approved by -- the Operations Manager

• Quickly escalate any issues, incidents, or changes to the Operations Manager for resolution

• Assist Shift Leaders/ Ticket Sellers and ensure all tasks in the department are executed as instructed

  This role is mainly operational and includes little to no independent personnel, administrative, or recruitment tasks.
