We are looking for a Destination Coordinator & Guide to join our team in Geiranger for the upcoming summer season with a fairly immediate start. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment and thrives on organizing and coordinating operations at a busy cruise destination. Our company organizes bus excursions for cruise passengers visiting Geiranger and surrounding areas.

• As a pier coordinator you will ensure smooth and safe operations during cruise calls

• Coordinate busses, drivers and guides at the pier and collaborate with ship staff.

• Handle general office duties including bookings, operational task related to cruise arrivals

• Provide on-site operational support during cruise calls

• Manage last-minute changes and operational challenges

• Guiding when required
