Omega Subsea is looking for a structured and proactive Personnel Coordinator to play a key role in our crewing and logistics operations.

In this position, you’ll take ownership of planning and coordinating offshore personnel, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.

Your work will directly support safe, efficient operations by keeping logistics, certifications, and documentation on track and aligned with our procedures and HSEQ standards.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Crewing Manager, Project Managers, and a range of internal and external stakeholders---helping drive smooth crew planning, clear communication, and high-quality execution across our projects.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate offshore personnel in line with project needs

  • Manage crew changes and communicate with project teams, clients, and employees

  • Book travel, accommodation, and visas

  • Ensure all personnel have valid certifications before mobilisation

  • Work with managers to define staffing requirements

  • Maintain crew systems, documentation, and personnel records

  • Support invoicing and liaise with external providers

  • Coordinate training and development activities

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, including the UK office

  • Participate in the on-call rotation

Qualifications
  • Relevant education or experience in crewing, logistics, HR, planning, or offshore operations.

  • Experience in administrative or logistical roles.

  • Offshore, subsea, marine, or project experience is a plus.

  • Strong planning and coordination skills.

  • Good system understanding and attention to detail.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
