We are looking for a business-oriented IT Architect who enjoys leading initiatives, clarifying needs, and ensuring strong alignment between technology, product and business strategy. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection ofarchitecture, problem solving and execution - and who wants to own both the why and the how, in close collaboration with our architectural leadership.

About Us Wealth Management IT develops and manages the systems behind DNB's savings and investment products. We operate as multigeneration cloud, with modern, scalable platforms already in place. Our focus is on evolving and improving a cloud-native environment - not migrating legacy systems.

You will work closely with our Head of Architectureand the broader architecture community to ensure a coherent, secure and forward-looking technical direction across Wealth Management.

What You Will Do This role combinesarchitecture, business analysis and initiative leadership.

**You will:**Drive initiatives and create clarity

• Lead work from idea to implemented solution

• Structure needs, run workshops and prepare decision-ready proposals

• Translate business needs into clear plans, priorities and solution concepts

Shape and align technical direction

• Contribute to target architecture, solution design and technical decisions

• Collaborate with the Head of Architecture and fellow architects to ensure consistency across domains

• Support development teams, manage dependencies, and ensure solutions meet expectations on security, quality and scalability

• Evolve our investment platform - including APIs, integration patterns, data flows and cloud capabilities

Connect business and Technology

• Act as the closest technical partner to business and product teams

• Challenge assumptions and ensure that technology choices support business value

• Coordinate across teams, stakeholders and partners to create shared direction and progress

QualificationsWe are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, Business Architect or Technical Lead

• Ideally has experience within investments, savings or financial services

• Is strong in requirements analysis, information structuring and clear communication

• Enjoys leading processes, driving clarification and coordinating cross-functional work

• Understands modern cloud-based architecture, APIs, and integration patterns

• Has experience with AWS/Azure or similar cloud ecosystems

• Sees the big picture --- technically, functionally and business-wise

• Takes ownership and creates progress in complex environments

You do not need to be a senior enterprise architect from day one --- the most important is strong architectural insight, structured thinking and the ability to drive clarity.

Nice to HaveExperience with .NET or backend development, knowledge of project methodology, roadmapping or prioritization and relevant cloud or architecture certifications.
