Packaging Manager -- Kinn Brewery

Kinn Bryggeri in Florø is looking for a Packaging Manager to join our team and help us continue developing one of Norway's most recognized craft breweries.

Kinn Bryggeri was founded in 2009 by Espen Lothe and Ann‑Magritt Banne and is still 100% family‑owned and independent. We are located on the beautiful west coast of Norway and have grown steadily over the years. Our focus is mainly on Belgian and British beer styles, and we are one of the few breweries in Norway using open fermentation and bottle conditioning.

We operate from two locations:

• Vesle Kinn, our brewpub in the town center

• Our production facility on the outskirts of Florø, equipped with a fully automated 40 hl brewhouse and complete packaging line for bottles, cans, and kegs

Who are we looking for?

You do not need previous brewery experience to apply. We especially encourage local candidates with mechanical or technical skills---either through education or work experience---to apply.

We are looking for someone who:

• enjoys working with machines and production processes

• is practical, solution‑oriented, and hands‑on

• can take responsibility for the daily operation of the packaging line

• works well together with brewers and the rest of the team

• has strong English communication skills, both written and spoken

Experience from production, process industry, mechanical work, or similar fields is a strong advantage, and holding a valid forklift license is also beneficial.

Daily tasks will be shared between the Packaging Manager and the brewer/cellar team.
