Chefs and Sous Chefs Wanted for Barlotta – Oslo’s New Italian Gem! 

Are you ready for a summer filled with vibrant energy, Italian flavors, and unforgettable moments in the kitchen? Barlotta opens its doors at Solli Plass in June 2026 – and we’re looking for talented culinary professionals to join us from day one. 

We are recruiting both summer staff and permanent team members – fulltime and parttime – to help build what will soon become one of Oslo’s favorite dining destinations. Barlotta is a brandnew, modern Italian restaurant where classic dishes meet contemporary twists, all served in an atmosphere inspired by Europe’s most dynamic cities. Expect a kitchen that’s bursting with creativity, passion, and high energy – just the way we like it.
