About the concept

Restaurant Skrei will open within the newly built Museum Skrei --- a unique culinary destination celebrating food history, heritage, and the exceptional produce of Lofoten. Our concept is rooted in storytelling through food: Nordic-inspired cuisine, seasonally driven menus, and thoughtful wine pairings that highlight the region’s finest ingredients.

What we need

We are now seeking skilled and enthusiastic Waiters/Waitresses to join our opening team and help bring our vision to life. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new dining experience --- from an elegant tasting menu service to a relaxed café-style lunch offering.

About You

You are passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences. You are attentive, reliable, and work well in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you bring:

• Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting

• A genuine passion for service and guest satisfaction

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills'

• The ability to stay calm and organised during busy service

• A positive attitude and strong team spirit

• Interest in food, wine, and Nordic cuisine

• Basic knowledge of wine and beverage service (a plus)

• Barista experience (a plus)
