Operational Readiness \& Startup Assurance

We are looking for Operational Readiness & Startup Assurance Pnr: Job Description:

• Senior Metallurgical, Process, or Chemical Engineer with 20+ years in mineral processing, concentrators, or heavy industrial plant operations.
• Proven experience leading or supporting commissioning, startup, stabilization, ramp-up, operational readiness, and/or debottlenecking projects.
• Strong understanding of process performance, metallurgical accounting, operational KPIs, process bottlenecks, operator readiness, and ramp-up risks.
• Experience in commissioning strategy.
• Must be capable of independently assessing startup risks, operational readiness gaps, and realistic achievement of design throughput and recoveries.
