Arbeidsoppgaver
The Commissioning System Lead - Utility is responsible for providing direction, guidance and supervision during Completion and Commissioning activities related to the delivery and integration of the Hugin A platform and is considered the overall responsible for all Utility Systems, as well as the premise giver for the Lower Utility, LQ and Batam (SRU) module deliveries.
This position is fully mobile with base location onshore at Stord then Offshore.
- Lead role for ensuring completions and commissioning requirements of all Company's projects is carried out safely, efficiently by FFA (Fixed Facility Alliance) and ensure they meet all Company's project and operational requirements, including verification and assurance.
- Responsible for implementing the commissioning certification and handover process according to Project Completion Strategy.
- Accountable for ensuring the safe and efficient handover of plant and equipment to the Asset Operations team upon completion of commissioning activities.
- Provide leadership and direction to the Commissioning Utility Team and ensure that a high level of focus is maintained on health, safety, and the environment to achieve Company's expectations.
- Provision of commissioning support to project as required including ensure sufficient manning according to project needs.
- When required act as the site Commissioning Authority during the commissioning phases
Key Responsibilities:
Overall Utility System Responsibility, providing supervision, direction, and guidance with regards to:
- Contribute to the preparation of project forecasts, schedules, costs estimates associated with the commissioning scope for all Utility Systems.
- Contribute and advice related to Utility input to overall Completion strategy and planning.
- Manage contractors and other resources providing services and supplying materials or equipment for Utility Systems Commissioning.
- Provide leadership and direction to the Utility Commissioning Team, coordinating the appropriate Commissioning discipline resources with the skills to:
- Witness contractor/supplier tests as necessary (FAT/SAT).
- Develop, review, and implement commissioning procedures.
- Implement the commissioning scope.
- Ensure a smooth transition from Project to Operations.
- As required; set up and co-ordinate commissioning reviews, covering all disciplines, to meet Company's expectations.
- Participate in pre-start-up and performance test reviews when necessary.
- Establish completions and handover strategy and documentation early in all projects to support efficient commissioning and handover to operations at end of project.
- Lead for temporary systems for the Hugin A platform onshore and offshore.
Ønskede kvalifikasjoner
Education:- BSc. in Engineering or a related field or equivalent education / experience.
- Experience from Valhall's operations is of great benefit.
- Track record of engineering competency and delivery in the Oil & Gas industry and able to demonstrate effective project management skills
- Ability to engage and lead a team of professionals
- Familiarity with planning tools, work management systems and document management systems
- Ability to engage and lead a team of commissioning engineers & technicians.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Performance:
Commissioning Lead Utility will agree goals for his/her performance with the Yggdrasil Completion Manager. Special focus shall be on delivery of basic goals within:
