NAVTOR is seeking a technically minded Customer Support Specialist to strengthen our global maritime‑tech operations.

In this role, you will support customers across the full lifecycle --- from system activation and onboarding to technical troubleshooting and billing clarity --- ensuring smooth operation of NAVTOR’s digital navigation and vessel‑management solutions.

What you'll do:
  • Manage accurate customer and vessel data across NAVTOR's platforms

  • Coordinate startup kit logistics and activate digital services and licenses

  • Guide customers through system setup, configuration, and onboarding workflows

  • Provide technical support for software, updates, installations, and license issues

  • Support customers with invoice interpretation and credit note coordination

  • Deliver clear, structured communication to global maritime clients

What you bring:
  • Experience in technical support, customer operations, or software onboarding

  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage

  • High accuracy in data handling and system administration

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to users with varying skill levels

  • A proactive, analytical mindset and strong problem‑solving abilities
