Fieldmade is a Norwegian technology company based in Oslo, on a mission to digitize supply chains through additive manufacturing --- enabling customers to produce high-quality, critical parts exactly where and when they are needed.
As we enter an exciting scale-up phase with strong international growth, we are strengthening our delivery capabilities and looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will take ownership of complex industrial projects, from contract to delivery, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
At Fieldmade, you’ll be part of a passionate, high-performing team developing technology that transforms how the world produces and delivers critical components --- building the factories of the future: mobile, digital, and globally connected. You will work closely with customers, engineers, and international teams, playing a pivotal role in shaping both our projects and our growth.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead and execute external delivery industrial projects -- from contract to handover

Own project planning, progress, and execution in line with Prince2 and ISO 9001 standards

Manage project economics (P&L) together with the controller -- budgeting, cost control, and forecasting

Coordinate technical, operational, and staffing resources across internal and external teams

Lead customer meetings during both pre-sales and delivery phases, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction

Oversee procurement and supplier management within each project

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality levels

Continuously develop project methodology and structure

Work across cultures and geographies and adapt to diverse customer environments

Contribute to continuous improvement and company growth through proactive ownership and collaboration

5--7+ years of experience in project management within industrial, manufacturing, or technology-driven environments

Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field

Proven track record delivering complex projects with cross-functional and international teams, including managing budgets, contracts, and quality standards (Prince2 preferred)

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills -- able to lead both customers and engineers with confidence

Self-driven, structured, and proactive with the ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities

Culturally aware and able to build trust with international stakeholders

Genuine curiosity for industrial technology and additive manufacturing

Fluent in English
