Serving as the strategic liaison between STACK Infrastructure and appointed clients, primarily located in Oslo, the Client Services Director will be ensuring high-performing, long-term data center facilities services relationships across the portfolio. This client-first role is central to supporting, securing, and expanding client agreements while driving mutual value, operational consistency, using processes and techniques aligned across EMEA. This role is not a sales function, but it’s closer to the service management area, where the relation with the client and his satisfaction are key objectives.
Operating at the intersection of client advocacy and service delivery, the role collaborates closely with both direct and matrixed teams to ensure seamless execution and data center SLA fulfilment, process assurance, and sustained client satisfaction across international accounts.
Key Responsibilities Client Engagement-
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

Resolve service-related issues with speed and precision

Support and coordinate audits, ensuring full client confidence

Lead recurring service review meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly)

Monitor and report on client satisfaction and performance metrics

Track SLAs and ensure alignment with agreed expectations

Work cross-functionally to ensure optimal performance across internal and external teams

Coordinate follow-up on incidents and continuous improvement actions

Identify and support opportunities for Added Value Services and commercial growth

Facilitate smooth onboarding and transitions for new client accounts

Drive process improvement and operational efficiency across client programs

Provide insight and feedback to ensure alignment with broader company objectives

Communicate client needs across the organization to foster a culture of excellence

Educate teams on contractual obligations and service expectations

Deliver ongoing reporting and insights into client account performance

Builds trusted relationships with presence, credibility, and respect

Empathetic and client-committed, with a long-term, partnership-oriented mindset

Self-driven and organized with a strong performance and delivery focus

Commercially aware with a strategic, big-picture perspective

Fluent in business English and local language(s); culturally adaptable

5+ years in client-facing roles within data center services, critical infrastructure, or adjacent industries

Background in service delivery, technical support, or sales operations
-
Experience with large-scale, international clients and matrix organizations

Graduate-level degree or equivalent experience in business or technical field (M&E preferred)

Proficiency in ERP/CRM platforms (e.g., NetSuite) and Microsoft Office suite
