Surfd.no is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, reliable, and easy-going people who want to be part of building something --- not just showing up to work.

You’ll be working in a surf-driven environment where every day is different --- from fast-paced to mellow. We’re a small team, so you need to be hands-on, independent, and comfortable taking responsibility.

Surf knowledge is a plus, but not required.
What matters most is attitude, structure, and an interest in surf, ocean, and lifestyle.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Pack and ship orders
Handle customer service
Work with products and webshop, in the shop
Keep operations tight and efficient
Provide a unique and memorable experience for our customers
Ensure safety, quality and punctuality in all tasks
Take initiative and help where needed

WHAT YOU’LL DO (SHOP, SURF COACH & MONITOR):

As a shop employee at Surfd.no, you’ll work in a hands-on and varied environment where no two days are the same. Tasks include customer service, packing and shipping orders, working with products and webshop operations, as well as helping maintain a welcoming and efficient store environment.

We’re looking for people who are reliable, motivated, and comfortable taking responsibility in a small team where initiative and attitude matter. Interest in surf, ocean, and lifestyle is a big plus.

We would like for the right candidate to continue working in a full rotation.

• Provide a unique and memorable surfing experience for surf camp participants
• Plan and deliver surf lessons adapted to the different skill levels of the participants
• Carry out and supervise the activities planned for the day, ensuring all participants are involved and safe
• Ensure compliance with safety rules during surfing and other surf camp activities
• Guide participants during snack and lunch breaks, ensuring dietary and safety needs are met
  Doing surfcamp will top off salary weekly with a bonus.

YOU ARE:

Structured, reliable and efficient
Positive, social and easy to work with
Comfortable taking responsibility
Interested in surf, ocean and lifestyle
A team player with good communication skills

YOU MUST BE:

A Surf Instructor Level 1 with a minimum experience of 3 years (This is only a plus if you have it)
Experienced in working with children and groups
Strong communicator with a positive attitude and leadership skills
First aid & CPR certified (or willing to obtain)
Comfortable in the ocean and active lifestyle
Maintain a welcoming and efficient store environment working in the shop.
