Egon Gjøvik is entering a busy period and we are now looking for a motivated and reliable cook to join our kitchen team in a part-time position. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a professional and structured team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an interest in food and cooking
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Is structured and able to work well under pressure
• Takes responsibility and contributes positively to the team
• Has a strong work ethic and is reliable
• Wants to contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace
• Speaks English (Norwegian is a plus)

Previous kitchen experience is an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are the most important qualities.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Preparing dishes according to Egon’s menu and standards
• Food preparation and mise en place before service
• Contributing to smooth and efficient service
• Following routines for food quality, hygiene and HACCP
• Helping maintain a clean and organized kitchen
