Semine is looking for a driven and commercially minded Account Manager to help accelerate growth and strengthen relationships with key customers. Semine is now seeking an Account Manager for the Oslo office—someone who will play a central role in the company’s continued expansion and global growth journey.
The role
Department: Customer Growth
Reports to: VP Customer Growth
As an Account Manager, you will be commercially responsible for a portfolio of Semine’s key customers. You will negotiate and renew agreements, collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Partner teams, and drive upsell, cross-sell, retention, and customer satisfaction. Your work helps customers understand Semine’s value, adopt automation at scale, and achieve measurable growth. Long-term customer satisfaction and revenue expansion within your portfolio define your success.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and strengthen relationships within the existing customer base.
Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and renewals by understanding customer needs.
Build and manage growth plans for strategic accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams across countries to ensure a unified approach to customer growth.
Lead regional growth initiatives and ensure strategies are adapted to different markets.
Represent the customer’s voice internally and provide feedback to product and marketing teams.
Act as an expert in Semine’s commercial processes, ensuring consistency in account, process, and contract management.
Establish best practices and contribute to improvements across the commercial lifecycle.
Work with the VP Customer Growth on growth strategies and risk management.
Ensure all commercial transactions comply with relevant SaaS contracts, terms, and policies.
Support the VP Customer Growth in implementing process and policy changes to build scalability across markets.
Education, experience & personal qualities
Completed post-secondary education in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer development, including contract and negotiation work; ERP partnership experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of the SaaS industry, especially SaaS contracts and customer relations.
Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.

You are comfortable driving growth, managing complex customer portfolios, and communicating clearly across teams. Your leadership abilities and commercial mindset make you a key contributor to Semine’s long-term customer success.
