Team Member -- Superhero Burger / Superhero Pizza

Role Overview
You’ll be part of the front and/or kitchen team, making sure customers get great food and a smooth experience. This isn’t a “stand around and wait” job --- you need to be switched on, efficient, and good with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food according to Superhero standards

• Deliver fast, friendly customer service

• Keep the restaurant clean and organized at all times

• Work efficiently during busy periods

• Communicate clearly with team members and managers

• Upsell menu items when appropriate

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication skills (English required, Norwegian is a plus)

• Reliable and punctual --- no excuses

• Ability to work evenings and weekends

• Experience is a bonus, but not required (we train the right people)
