We are looking for a Global Head of Sales for Public 360° to lead and scale our international sales organization.

As Global Head of Sales, you will be responsible for shaping the global sales strategy, leading a multi‑country sales team, and accelerating our growth across existing and new markets. You will drive your own strategic sales opportunities while fostering a high‑performing, ambitious, and collaborative sales culture focused on new customer acquisition and strong long‑term relationships.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance the global value proposition for Public 360°, supporting digitalization strategies across diverse public sector markets.

  • Set global targets, coach regional sales leaders, and establish unified, scalable sales processes across countries.

  • Lead pipeline management and forecasting globally, ensuring healthy long-term growth and consistent execution toward targets.

  • Actively support sales teams in strategic deals, helping prioritize efforts between new and existing customers.

  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships worldwide, driving satisfaction through structured planning, business development, and proactive engagement.

  • Ensure high sales discipline from prospecting to expansion across all geographies, maintaining a strong and predictable pipeline.

As Global Head of Sales, you will share responsibility for:
  • The overall success of Public 360°, in close collaboration with Consulting, Product & Strategy, and Technology & Development teams.

  • Driving alignment and modern ways of working within the Nordic and global sales leadership teams, ensuring scalable, unified sales processes across markets.

The Ideal Candidate
  • A passionate commercial leader with a proven track record in international sales leadership, preferably within software or public‑sector solutions.

  • Strong understanding of the public sector digitalization landscape and the ability to shape winning market strategies across different regulatory environments.

  • Extensive experience engaging with public sector stakeholders, including complex procurement and tender processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high‑performing, cross‑border sales teams by promoting collaboration, communication, and shared goals.

  • A natural team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively across functions and countries.

  • Higher education (Bachelor's or Master’s degree).

  • Proficiency in English, which is our internal working language.
