Norway Excursions AS is a tour company specialized in half and full day tours for cruise ship passengers, hotel guests, private groups, and individual travelers. Most of our tours are by bus, but we also offer City Walks and Hiking Tours. We are currently looking for enthusiastic, dedicated and professional Tour Guides to join our team. You will be based in Ålesund (or nearby), but we also organize excursions in the nearby ports of Geiranger, Molde, Åndalsnes, Hellesylt, Nordfjordeid and Olden. As a tour guide, you will be a key person in achieving our goal: providing high-quality, unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (C1) plus minimum two, but preferably several, of the following languages:

  • German (big plus)

  • Dutch

  • French

  • Spanish

  • Italian

• You must be available for the whole summer season (Mid-May to Mid-October)

• You have a genuine interest for Norwegian culture, history and nature

• You have a flexible and service-minded personality

• You have a social and positive attitude about meeting people from all over the world

• Though not mandatory, experience in guiding and/or from the tourism industry is a big plus
